Exceeding customer expectations is one of the most important objectives it has set Lexus, and have therefore launched the Lexus Winter Service Check which is completely free to the RX SUV from January 10 to February 28.
In the program are checked Lexus Service Chech over 25 points important for the correct functioning of the vehicle and covering from diagnosis control performed by the Intelligent Tester Lexus to the wear and tire pressure.
The processing time is about 30 minutes, a time during which the client dl may remain in the Lexus Lounge with a coffee, reading the daily newspaper or connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi network of Lexus center. At the end of the process, the client receives a document detailing the points reviewed and the outcome of the inspection by the signatures of Chief Workshop and Advisory Service to guarantee the work, fulfilling the commitment to provide the customer the highest level of quality and satisfaction.
